Together, we’ll explore: How your nervous system works (and why it’s not your fault you feel so reactive or shut down) What your body needs to feel safe, supported, and regulated How to shift from survival mode into a place of true presence How to bring co-regulation, compassion, and confidence into your relationships — especially parenting This isn’t mindset coaching. It’s nervous system support for the parts of you that are tired of pushing through. Rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, and nature-based practices — this work helps you come home to yourself, gently and sustainably. You get to feel good again. You get to breathe again. Spending time away from the workplace and connecting in nature through a deep nature immersion can foster good health and mental wellness. Our standard group sessions run for 2-2.5 hours and start at $500 for up to 10 people. It can be a stand alone activity or incorporated into a larger team building day. Options for a whole day experience can include our UnWined in Nature Forest Bathing and slow lunch winery package.
